the Director

William Peterson holds
a Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology
[Registration No: PS 0071773] and a Diploma in
Adult Learning and completing a proposal for Ph.D.
(Industrial Psychology). He has held various responsible
positions in Human Resources in the Manufacturing,
Financial and Energy / Oil sectors. He currently
holds directorship on several company and organisational
boards and is valued for his dynamic, people-focused
and ‘bottom-line’
approach. He is a member of Black Management Forum,
Institute of Personnel Management (IPM), Foundation for
African Business and Consumer Services and Health
Professions Council of South
Africa (HPCSA). |

To all his clients he brings his skills as a strategic
thinker, and his conceptual abilities. He has a successful
track-record as a ‘hands-on’ person with
a bottom-line approach. He is an excellent process
consultant, strategic facilitator, natural coach and
mentor, experienced Organisational Development (OD) consultant, selection and
leadership assessment centre designer and facilitator
and an experienced and respected personal leadership /
mastery facilitator. He underpins all his consulting endeavours with an entrepreneurial energy and ‘business
sense’ mindset.
William Peterson has an affinity for people, which
gives him the ability to recognise their potential
for growth; to help individuals, or teams and organisations
to transcend their current levels of performance. His
inquiring mind and commitment to self-development keeps
him at the centre of his passion and always on the
edge of his competence. He has his feet firmly on the
ground and head above the clouds. He is real and human
