Introduction
Our teambuilding interventions are highly effective
in creating unusual challenges that require the competence
of (knowledge, skills and attributes) to effectively
deal with the daily challenges found in personal and
professional relationships. Our teambuilding interventions
are great for intact teams as well as project based
teams. Because team members will be out of the comfortable
confines of the office they will be confronted to deal
with both ordinary and extraordinary situations. Participants
will be invited to participate in healthy risks within
a safe environment. These risks may present themselves
physically, sometimes emotionally and at times both.
But without stepping out of the comfort zone, there
is little possibility for growth or change.
We design teambuilding interventions to fit with your
specific and unique needs. Together we co-create teambuilding
information to match objectives and budget while exceeding
expectations. To prepare adequately for this intervention
we involve your team in diagnostic interviews, value
based questionnaires and personality assessments. We
know that corporate teambuilding is not a once off event. We offer following-up interventions to make sure the
learning is transferred back on the job.
We have met the needs of many teams within corporate

medium sized businesses. We can accommodate groups of
varying sizes.
Overall Objectives
The team building intervention would be designed in
such a way as to highlight and bring to the fore critical
work place issues. Both in-door and out-door activities
could be organised.
Specific Objectives
The in-door work could include Organisational Development
Issues, such as developing Vision & Mission Statements,
Organisational Values and Strategic Issues. Individual
and Team Profiles could be included. In a fun, challenging,
at times competitive environment, a platform is laid
to easily address the key issues not easily addressed
in the work place.
Content
No Team building intervention is ever the same. Meeting
the organizational needs of the client is our main priority
and so much time is spent in listening to the client
to determine the needs before we even think of potential
programme design. Once we have agreed on the course
outcomes we will design a series of interventions that
would best ensure the meeting of the desired outcomes.

Additional Options
- We assist clients both on and off site. When off
site, depending on the nature of the venue we use,
we could include some of the featured activities of
the venue as part of the process. E.g. Game drives,
White water rafting, quad biking etc.
