FACILITATION SKILLS


Introduction

If you are a manager or leader (First time leader, seasoned supervisor, project manager or senior manager ) then you will know that much of your results and success is accomplished by your groups or teams.  You may even be required from time to time to lead teams, groups or task teams.  You may have to provide direction, vision, guidance, resources.  This programme provides you with the insight, skills and confidence to be an effective facilitator.
