  OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

1. NEEDS ASSESSMENT

We work with you as a team to:

  • Diagnose and analyse your company’s needs
  • Determine the required set of skills
  • Understand the organisational relationships
  • Define the required experience, and
  • Identify the other attributes necessary for the successful candidate.

2. POSITION SPECIFICATION

After carefully assessing your needs, we prepare a written job specification that outlines the responsibilities of the position, qualifications required of the ideal candidate and criteria for success.  This specification (inherent job requirements) guides our efforts.

3. RESEARCH

We assign an accounts executive who speedily pinpoints appropriate prospective candidates.  Simultaneously the accounts executive accesses our internal data base of individuals and other strategic sources.

4. HIGH LEVEL CANDIDATE IDENTIFICATION

The candidates in our database comprise of individuals who are employed or engaged in various economic activities.  We build relationships with them and facilitate the management of their careers.  We do not help them find jobs.  We help them identify and select meaningful and fulfilling career options.

5. CANDIDATE INTERVIEW AND EVALUATION

We assess candidates against the inherent requirements of the job to establish the basis of their experience and competence.  The assessment approach is competency based and we may forward to you our client a report detailing the candidate’s performance during the assessment to form part of the hiring decision.

6. CANDIDATE CLIENT INTERVIEWS

We schedule a mutually convenient meeting between you and each candidate.  After each interview we will contact you and the candidate for feedback.

7. COMPLETION OF THE SEARCH (OPTIONAL)

As the search comes to an end our consultant team will assist you in:

  • Induction / Coaching Service (To help with integration)
  • Management and Leadership Assessment Centre Services and
  • Design a Leadership Development Plan
