BEYOND STRESS

Knowledge Area: Productivity, Health, Effective Living, Building Resilience

Stress is an integral part of modern life. The right amounts inspire us to greatness, but on the other hand too much can also kill us.  With cutting-edge content provided by Dr Sven Hansen (MBChB, MBA) of e-Health Ltd, Beyond Stress is an interactive tool to help you and/or your organization manage stress constructively.

It takes the user through a process of self-evaluation, includes an in-depth analysis of how stress works against us, and reveals a multitude of stress management practices including the use of quick recovery tactics, breathing music, sleep management, exercise and meditation.  The user will learn to build up resilience through focusing on physical well-being, mental improvement, emotional intelligence and engaging the spirit.  This is a module well worth revisiting regularly to remind oneself how to manage a health and effective work and life environment.
